I took a writing course with @mark_nepo during the pandemic titled: “The Gift of Deepening and the Radiance in All Things”

And he answered my questions in ways that was truly liberating ✨

I have such wonders with words and what they do to us.

As an actress and healing teacher, working with beliefs, I am so eager to keep delving into the discovery of my voice, sharing thoughts that move me 🌸

Highlight of today’s conversation :

When you plant the seed of a flower, it grows towards a force it has never seen: Light.✨#micdrop
